Disclaimer
All orders are subject to stock availability and where possible will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt of goods due to unforeseen circumstances by the carriers and/or customs. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Please note that we cannot deliver during holidays. Any order placed during these periods will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity on our return. Please note that duty, and other international import fees are the exclusive responsibility of our customer and not considered with any Sutherland Sporting Tweed Company charges. Payment
Once your basket has the item/s you wish to purchase in it, simply head to the check out. Here you can securely pay via PayPal or via a debit or credit card. All items are inclusive of VAT, unless purchasing and sending outside the UK, if this's the case no VAT is charged.
UK Postage
There is flat rate of £9.95 postage that will be applied at the check out. We use the Parcel-force courier service or Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For, We post purchased items out on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Being up in the highlands delivery maybe a day or two later than Parcelforce or Royal Mail advertise. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been processed.
Worldwide Postage
For those visiting our web site from outside the UK prices are shown excluding VAT. (If not they will be at check out) as due to Brexit there is no reciprocating agreements in place we can ship to the rest of the world 'VAT FREE' you will however be responsible for your own countries taxes.
We use Royal Mail International Tracked - We post purchased items out on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Being in the Scottish highlands delivery maybe a day or two later than Royal Mail advertise. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been processed.
A postage cost will be provided after purchase as we want to give you the best price available. We don't charge a flat rate, so if you are buying a hat the price won't be as expensive as if you are buying a heavy field coat.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or have simply ordered the wrong size, please return the item/s within 14 days to us in the same condition you received it/them for an exchange or refund. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs. Your refund will be excluding the postage costs we incurred.
If you are requiring an exchange not just a return, you will also be responsible for the postage cost of the replacement item.
Descriptions
Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications, descriptions and photos of the products are accurate. However, variation may occur in colour as to your personal brightness and contrast settings on your computer screen.
Availability
Although our online store is always kept up to date, there can be the odd occasion where something is out of stock, therefore all products are subject to availability.
